U.K SKILLED WORK PERMITS

You may have to wait months for your UK visa application to be processed by the Home Office Immigration Directorate, or spend the whole day there to then find that you do not have all the relevant documentation. We are OISC registered and can submit your UK visa application to the Home Office to be dealt with on the same day.

The following types of UK visa applications can be dealt with



Permanent residence visa after being on a five year work permit, or
four years on work permit and UK HSMP visa.

Permanent residence visa after four years on the basis of UK ancestry.
Permanent residence on the basis of Long residence after ten years lawful residence in the UK or fourteen years lawful/unlawful residence in the UK.

Marriage Visa Applications as long as you are in the UK on a visa valid longer
than six months.
